BLACK MAMBA VIBES Terms & Conditions
1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and able to present a valid government ID for proof of age.
2. Consent Notice: By entering the BLACK MAMBA VIBES premises, you automatically consent to the terms. Your entry signifies your agreement to abide by these terms. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy: BLACK MAMBA VIBES maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs, alcohol, weapons, and other contraband. Any violation will result in immediate expulsion and notification of authorities.
4. Bag Searches: Club staff reserves the right to search bags before entry. Refusal may result in denial of entry.
5. Under the Influence: Entry will be denied to individuals suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you appear to be intoxicated, you will not be allowed entry and will be asked to return home.
6. Lost Items: We are not liable for lost items.
7. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the club but is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
8. Behavioral Standards: Loud, harmful, violent, or disrespectful behavior is prohibited.
9. Property Damage: Causing damage to club property will result in immediate removal.
10. Membership Access Door: Entry to BLACK MAMBA VIBES requires a valid membership card. Without a membership, you will not be able to enter the premises.
11. Black Straight Men: If Black straight men want to have sex with women at private parties, they must bring a woman with them. Women cannot register online.
12. Website Registration: By registering on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
13. Access to Services: Access to the website may involve third-party fees, and you are responsible for providing necessary equipment for access.
14. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the agreement, including membership fees, with immediate effect upon notice.

17. Payment: Membership fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except under specific circumstances outlined in this agreement.
18. Online Conduct: Members agree to abide by guidelines regarding online conduct, including the prohibition of offensive material and unauthorized use of personal information.
19. Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify BLACK MAMBA VIBES against any claims arising from breach of the agreement.
20. Proprietary Rights: The website's content and design are the exclusive property of BLACK MAMBA VIBES.
21. Disclaimer of Warranty: BLACK MAMBA VIBES provides the service on an "as is" basis and disclaims all warranties.
22. Limitation of Liability: BLACK MAMBA VIBES shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
23. Complaints: Complaints regarding the service should be directed to the club manager.
